    - SHELL (Gabon) : selection and assessment of potential and skills of production, maintenance and support staff, design and implementation of technical training (specific and OJT) and execution of “coaching for performance” seminars for Shell supervisors.

    - BERKINE Group (Algeria) : Evaluation, identification and analysis of training requirements for the Operation and Maintenance personnel.
