    - ESSO : pre-selection and selection of technical and support staff in Chad, in Europe and in North America, pre-selection and selection of operators, technicians, engineers and support staff in Angola, Portugal and Brazil.
    - SHELL (Gabon) : selection and assessment of potential and skills of production, maintenance and support staff, design and implementation of technical training (specific and OJT) and execution of “coaching for performance” seminars for Shell supervisors.
    - AREVA (Niger) : consultancy services and selection of personnel for uranium mining production process.
  • Assessment :
    - BERKINE Group (Algeria) : Evaluation, identification and analysis of training requirements for the Operation and Maintenance personnel.
    - EPNL (Nigeria) : evaluation of the skills of maintenance personnel (OPERTRAIN) and analysis of training requirements
    - TOTAL E&P (Congo) : Evaluation of skills of operational personnel (OPERCAP method). Identification and analysis of training requirements.
  • Training:
    - JGC/Ourhoud organisation (Algeria) : specific training of 300 technicians in operation and maintenance.
    - TOTAL E&P (Angola) : nationalisation plans for 50 maintenance technicians as part of the maintenance and inspection contract on the FPSO Dalia.
